Product
PREMIUM YAMADA NISHIKI SAKE RICE
Isojiman uses only premium Yamada Nishiki sake rice, sourced exclusively from Tojo Town in Kato City, Hyogo Prefecture. This rice is considered the highest quality in Japan, classified as tokujo-mai and tokuto-mai. Advanced rice polishing technology is employed to maximize its potential. After polishing, the rice is left to wither for a month to reduce moisture content. This careful process ensures the finest quality for their sake production.
Origin

This consistency allows customers to recognize and trust the unique taste of Isojiman’s sake.
