1. Our standard courier/delivery duration is 1 – 3 business working days. 
2. All orders must be placed between 10.00am to 5.00pm local time to ensure that you receive your orders within the specific delivery period.
   Do note that certain items may not be deliverable within the specified delivery timeframe due to stock unavailability.

We work with a secure and trusted courier service (Lalamove) in order to ensure your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition.
However, in cases of unforeseen circumstances, we will engage alternative courier services.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE:

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of your order is sustained. 

All of our products are genuine and as such we will not accept any refunds or returns of products sold. Therefore, you are advised to be
vigilant and re-confirm your selection before making a payment. Any opened or consumed products are considered sold and are strictly not
eligible for returns and/or refunds.

Kindly note that you are allowed to return the item and request for exchange if the received item is under one of these 2 cases:

1. Items were damaged in-transit before arriving at your doorstep
2. The items you receive does not match the description of your order

For full refunds request, kindly note that the refund transfer period might defer depending on a variety of reasons including customer’s payment methods.
Do allow for 7 to 14 business working days for the refunds to be processed upon refund confirmation.
